BOSPO's mission is to provide opportunities for education, information and participation of citizens in creation of positive democratic changes in communities. We believe that by empowering individuals to take over the responsibility and initiative we also empower society.

BOSPO`s vision is civil society that offers equal opportunities for everyone and encourages individuals to create environment in which they wish to live.

BOSPO's goals are:

• To empower informal citizens’ groups, governmental and non-governmental sector by providing training and support in order to initiate democratic changes.

• To provide support to marginalized groups and communities by active involvement in development initiatives.

• To initiate and support processes leading towards improvement of quality of life for citizens, using and developing our own potentials.
