ECRE (European Council on Refugees and Exile)
ECRE is a network of 71 non-governmental organizations from 28 countries
dealing with refugee issues and making efforts to create just and humane
policies for the treatment of asylum seekers and refugees. BOSPO is one
of a number of member organizations located in Bosnia and Herzegovina
.
ECRE's networking and advocacy efforts are implemented at the individual
country level through member organizations as well as through their Brussels
Office and Secretariat in London . ECRE's members actively work to promote
the highest attainable humane standards for the treatment of refugees
and asylum-seekers. Members also try to influence positive developments
in pre-existing laws and policies regarding asylum seekers and refugee
issues within their individual countries and on larger scales such as

SEE RAN net (South East European Refugee
Assistance Network)
BOSPO and several other organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina
, Croatia , and Yugoslavia are involved in a project that aims to
initiate interstate co-operation between NGO's dealing with refugee
issues in south-eastern Europe . The project functions within SEE
RAN net.
Through the production of printed materials, organized visits,
and the provision of concrete legal assistance, this project is able
to provide refugees and potential returnees with timely information
in regards to their return to the countries they once escaped from
or for the realization of their rights. More information on SEE RAN

The Reference Group Tuzla
The Reference group is the first registered network of local and
international organizations in BiH. It empowers the NGO sector to build
a democratic society by using its collective influence to implement the
highest international standards on human rights and social justice.
BOSPO
is an active member of the Reference Group's “Working Group for PRSP (Poverty
Reduction Strategy Paper) Issues”. More information on The Reference Group

ICA (Institute for Cultural Affairs)
BOSPO
is an active member of the ICA network. This network represents a global
collective of non-profit, non-governmental organizations 'concerned with
the human factor in world development'. Members of the ICA network work
to develop, test and demonstrate effective approaches to personal, organisational
and social transformation.
European Interchange
Conferences are organized within this network. These interchanges provide
opportunities for cooperation between ICA members and allow for new developments
in the training world to be shared.

BH Trainers Net
BH Trainers Net is a
newly registered organisation consisting of trainers from throughout
Bosnia and Herzegovina . This Net aims to empower and develop the educational
capacities of trainers from BiH. BOSPO is active in the work of the Net
and a member of the Board of Directors. |
